Meditate on these things
“Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.” –Thomas Edison
“Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance. It is the Lord Christ whom you serve.” Colossians 3:23-24

The fool says in his heart, there were two moons
Many of you probably heard about the new theory that there were two moons at one time that collided into one another over 4 billions years ago! (Below is a link to the story)
http://abcnews.go.com/Technology/Space/earth-moons-merged-theory/story?id=1423375 2
I can imagine God saying to those who came up with this theory, much like He did to Job in Job 38:4, “Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth?” Those of us that understand that God’s creation all around us shouts that it was created understand that God made the moon and put it exactly where He wanted it to be. In Psalm 19:1-3 we are told, “The heaven are telling of the glory of God; and their expanse is declaring the works of His hands. Day to day pours forth speech, and night to night reveals knowledge. There is no speech, nor are there words; Their voice is not heard.”
The problem for many in this world is the decision they have made to be blinded when it comes to the truth. Paul puts it this way in Romans 1:20, “For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse.” The problem in Rome during Paul’s time is the same thing that is wrong with many today. As Paul goes on to say in verse 22, “Professing to be wise, they became fools.”
Those of us who believe in a God are viewed to be foolish by those who come up with outlandish theories such as this one. It is time for us to stop sitting on the side lines feeling sorry for ourselves because those who the world view to be wise are putting down what we believe. The Bible tells us in Psalm 14:1, “The fool says in his heart, ‘There is no God.’”
